Only 24 of the 32 Warriors named in the provisional squad by coach Joseph Antipas will take part in the preparations for upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Botswana and Zambia.
Under-23 Goalkeeper Martin Mapisa has been replaced by Chapungu’s Talbert Shumba while Macauley Bonne is in line to make his official Warriors debut having obtained a Zimbabwean passport on 8 November.
Zimbabwe hosts Botswana on 15 November at the National Sports Stadium before travelling to play Zambia on the 19th at Heroes National Stadium. Both matches kick off at 6 PM as dictated by the Confederation of African Football in order to afford supporters an opportunity to watch matches played during the week.
Camp begins on the 11 November in Harare.
