CAF has revealed pots for the AFCON finals draw set to be conducted on 12 April 2019 at 8 pm local time, seeding the 24 teams based on the latest FIFA world rankings.
Zimbabwe are in pot 4 together with Namibia, Guinea Bissau, Tanzania, and Burundi. The Warriors will be grouped with other three teams from the first three pots, and there will be a total of six groups of four teams each.
Warriors Coah Sunday Chidzamga is in Cairo to witness the draw, and so is team manager Wellington Mpandare and the Head of Delegation Chamunorwa Chiwanza.
President Felton Kammabo is also in Cairo together with other member association presidents.
The tournament will be played from 21 June to 19 July 2019.
